Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • DeshiZone may verify orders by phone before shipment
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account suspension or restriction
  • Fraudulent or fake orders may be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Bangladesh.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, political events, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Returns, if applicable, will be governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
