DeshiZone accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment in cash is accepted at the time of delivery. COD is available in select locations within Bangladesh and may be subject to order value limits. Please see our FAQ or contact customer support for details on COD availability in your area.
- Online Payment Gateways: We accept payments through the following online payment gateways, subject to their respective terms and conditions:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards processed through SSLCOMMERZ.
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS): Payments via mobile financial services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Payments at Physical Store: Cash and major credit/debit cards are accepted at our physical store.

- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price you pay will be the price listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payment Processing
- For online payments, your payment will be processed immediately upon order confirmation.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any payment and may request additional information from you to do so.
- A service charge may be applicable for online payments, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery.
