Browse Products

  • Search: Use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific products or brands.
  • Categories: Browse our product categories in the navigation menu to discover new items.
  • Filters: Use the filters on the category pages to narrow your search by price, brand, color, size, and other attributes.

View Product Details

  • Click on a product image to view detailed information, including:
    • Product description
    • Available sizes/colors
    • Price
    • Customer reviews
    • Shipping information

Add to Cart

  • Select your desired quantity and any available options (e.g., size, color).
  • Click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • You can view your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.

Review Your Cart

  • In your cart, you can:
    • Adjust the quantity of items
    • Remove items
    • View the total cost of your order, including shipping (if applicable)
  • Click the “Checkout” button to proceed.

Checkout – Shipping Information

  • New Customers: You will be prompted to create an account or check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to save your shipping information and track your order history.
  • Returning Customers: Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  • Enter your shipping address and contact information.
  • Select your preferred shipping method (Standard, Express).

Checkout – Payment Information

  • Select your preferred payment method:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in select areas.
    • bKash
    • Nagad
    • Rocket
    • Visa 
  • Enter your payment details securely. For online payments, you will be redirected to the payment gateway’s secure server to complete the transaction.

Review and Place Order

  • Review your order summary carefully, including the items, shipping address, payment method, and total cost.
  • Click the “Place Order” or “Confirm Order” button to submit your order.

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • You can track your order status on our website/app using the tracking number provided in the email.
